Integrated are a fully accredited Panasonic VRF and GHP VRF approved installers, providing full knowledge on Panasonics gas driven VRF applications from design installation commissioning and aftercare.


Refcom Elite has been operating since 1994 to promote best practice in refrigerant management. This voluntary scheme encourages working to industry codes of practice and compliance with the latest industry legislation.

Work activities covered includes installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, leak checking and decommissioning on any kind of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump equipment.



All Integrated project managers hold a SMSTS training certificate – Site Management Safety Training Scheme. The SMSTS course is one of the best training schemes available for site managers is a great way for us to show our clients we are capable of managing the health and safety within your workplace.

Low GWP Refrigerants

Integrated pride ourselves on continuing to provide a green environmental engineering approach with each project, always discussing with the global manufactures the latest low GWP refrigerant and alternatives available for us to put forward on our projects.  Such as R32 refrigerant from R410a in small dx systems and not in Chiller applications.  We feel all contractors should be pushing this ethos and together globally we can all make a difference.

The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the United Kingdom. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers and organisations looking for suitably competent suppliers such as Integrated.

Gas Safe

The Gas Safe Register is the official registration scheme in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey for installers and maintenance engineers dealing with gas appliances.

The Gas Safe Register seeks to improve and maintain gas safety to the highest standards and ensures that all 123,000 registered gas engineers are qualified to work with gas. Our Gas Safe Certificate no. ****** is and can be validated.


SSiP promotes a minimum standard of health and safety assessment. This standard – the Core Criteria – was adopted by SSiP when the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force. SSiP member health and safety assessment schemes must incorporate the core criteria standard into their assessment of contractor organisational capability.
