Double Win at Oulton Park
Action packed Saturday at Oulton Park, we qualified 3rd on the grid, the session had been stopped due to a red flag incident – nevertheless we had to just deal with the position and get on with it.
Race 1 – Jon Cryer was off to a flying start, with no real pressure from behind it was just playing the waiting game to get the pass on Jon, which we did, he kept the pressure on all the way to the flag, we clinched first and was on pole for race 2. Jon had a 10 place penalty due to the red flag qualifying incident.
Race2 – from pole to flag we lead the way, hoping that Jon Halliwell would hold off Jon Cryer to help us close him down on points – it did not happen though, Cryer made the pass on Halliwell. So it is all to fight for at Snetterton, we run well there so it should be fun
