Mx5 Max5 Anglesey – Qualifying was in the wet – Rob Chilcott drove his Mk1 to pole in a fine drive, slightly less power favoured the lower powered car. Race 1 – wet/damp – we managed to work to the front and hold out for the win – Rob won the Mk1 class – a fine drive in the conditions.
Race 2 – on the short Coastal circuit – qualification was in the dry – managed to get pole position for the race on Sunday. Pulled away and held it till the end – was a good race with some very good performances all round – one or two slight spills – but we all learn from the spills.
