Fantastic MX5 racing this weekend, had to really work for my 2nd position, we have a guest driver Will Chappel over from the other Championship, Will put up a fantastic fight to take the win on Race 1. My fastest lap was 57.247 – Will was 57.184 – so pretty close, Jon Halliwell pushed me hard all the way and he took 3rd place.
Race 2 – Will went out with gearbox failure – left me amd Jon drifting door to door most of the race – hard work but great fun – I managed to squeeze the win with Jon 2nd.
Great racing and no real major damage – great weather too.
